Bruins leap Leafs, 3-2; My three stars

The Bruins and Maple Leafs played a very entertaining exhibition game in Toronto tonight.

The goal scorers were Steve Begin, Brad Marchand and Andy Wozniewski. Wozniewski's goal, the eventual game winner was scored just over seven minutes into the third period.

Three stars of the game:

3) Brad Marchand: Marchand played hard and scored the second goal of the night. Marchand is playing like he wants to stay in Boston and not take the trip down 95 to Providence. Claude Julien seems to be a fan.

2) Steve Begin: Scored Boston's first goal of the game and was physical. Begin got into a scrap with Andre Deveaux and even though he came out on the wrong end showed that he may be meant for the black and gold, taking on a much larger opponent.

1) Patrice Bergeron: Bergeron had two assists and looked like a player who was ready for a bounce back year. Bergeron had a mediocre year in his comeback season, but was sidelined again. If Bergeron can be as creative with the rubber as he was tonight and find wingers like Sturm, Wheeler, Ryder or Kobasew, look out for a possible point per game season from Bergy.
