Wideman questionable for Thursday, NHLPA ready to name new leader?

The Bruins had a light practice today, with Dennis Wideman and Derek Morris missing from action. Morris was given a maintenance day and is expected to be back at practice tomorrow.

Wideman on the other hand is not expected to practice again tomorrow and could miss Thursday's game against Toronto. Wideman has an undisclosed injury and we can call him questionable, although Julien thinks he has a good chance to play.

Also worth noting, after practice today the Bruins held a post-practice NHLPA-related meeting. There has been no word on what came of the meeting.

The players are no doubt looking to name a leader for the players association. It has been quite a while since Paul Kelly was relieved of his duties as head of the NHLPA.
There have been a bunch of names thrown out to replace Kelly, but no successor since Kelly's late August removal from office. Stay tuned.
